I’m the founder of Colorado Harvest Kitchen. Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, my love for cooking started at home — learning from my mom and the way she brought people together through food.
I’ve spent over a decade refining my craft in professional kitchens including the Four Seasons and Michelin - recommended Sweet Basil in Vail. Those experiences shaped my approach to cooking — blending high-level technique with a deep appreciation for simple, quality ingredients and a love for meaningful hospitality.
Where my passion for cooking grew stronger was the time I spent traveling in my camper van, camping throughout the west coast only using my campfire as my cooking source. I fell in love with simple, fresh, fire cooked foods from breakfast skillets to steaks and veggies wrapped in foil pouches. The flavor of the crisp fresh air, smoke from the firewood that I would harvest at my campsites, and the simplicity of well seasoned vegetables and proteins cooked directing over the flame was indescribable. This opened my mind to a whole new world of cooking. I thought how can I bring this to other people at their own homes or events at their favorite locations in the Rocky Mountains. I knew I wanted to share this love of fire, flavor, simplicity and food with others so here I am doing it!

Every menu is thoughtfully curated to reflect the setting and the people I’m serving, creating an experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal. At the heart of it all is genuine hospitality — bringing people together through food that feels honest, memorable, and full of life.
